No worries - all's perfectly fine.
Lidow's comments on significant others simply jump started a thought-process I've been going through for a while.
My partner is newly retired, our son and daughter-in-law are expecting our second grandson in June, my parents are getting older and appreciate more attention, and I've been spending a lot of quality time with my sister since her spouse's suicide on our birthday.
So no, there's no big trauma, no melodramatics, just a decision to focus on my "significant others" for a while.
But don't get too comfortable without me - I'll likely reappear once in a while to leave snide comments!
